Saturday Package

You’ll be greeted by the Alchemy concierge for the day and given a schedule for your stay, which will include the following:

● A designated time for a Naturopathic assessment using the revolutionary EIS machine where you will be recommended a tailored program to assist you to achieve optimum health and vitality.
● Unlimited classes for the day – choose from our vast schedule of Yoga, Meditation and much more. Recommendations will be made by your Alchemy concierge.
● Ionisation therapy for half an hour to help balance the body and achieve a more alkaline state.
● A lymphatic drainage massage to accelerate the detoxifying process.
● Choose from light meals in the Alchemy Cafe or Fast with juices.
● Complementary herbal teas available throughout the day.
● Receive a special gift from Alchemy.

Sunday continues with:

● A massage of your choice – choose from reflexology, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue massage, Indian head massage.
● Ionisation therapy for half an hour to help balance the body and achieve a more alkaline state.
● Unlimited classes for the day – choose from our vast schedule of Yoga, Meditation and much more. Your Alchemy concierge will make recommendations.
● Choose from light meals in the Alchemy Cafe for Fast with juices.
● A talk after lunch with an expert in nutrition.
