Information collected during the application process will be stored securely. Information collected will be securely destroyed if it is no longer required by Alchemy. Third PartiesWhere we engage third party contractors (e.g. teachers, therapists etc) to perform services for us, those third party contractors may be required to handle your personal information. Under these circumstances, those third party contractors must safeguard this information and must only use it for the purposes for which it was supplied to them, although we are not responsible for ensuring this. Other than the above, we will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, authorized or required by law, reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity. MindBody OnlineAlchemy makes use of third party software to manage bookings, such as MindBody Online. Security of informationPersonal information collected by Alchemy the Centre and our website is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Alchemy the Centre will protect your personal information no matter where we process or store your data. Changes to our PolicyFrom time to time, it may be necessary for us to review and revise this Policy. We reserve the right to change our Policy at any time and should this occur, the amendment would be posted on our website. CookiesA cookie is a small data file that is downloaded from a website to your computer, to make the site easier to use in a number of ways: it may store details that you submit on the site, such as your personal settings or your location, etc., so you don’t need to enter information more than once. Website analysisAlchemy uses Google Analytics software to track how people use the site, so we can gain a better understanding of our visitors’ needs and identify areas where we can improve our services to our clients and supporters. The information we gather through this process is completely anonymous, and visitors to the site cannot be identified. Company detailsALCHEMY is a trading name of Alchemy ASC Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 06074475 whose registered office is at 10-14 Accommodation Road, Golders Green, London NW11 8ED (“Alchemy”); Booking For ClassesClasses start on time – for full enjoyment please arrive 15 minutes early. First time visitors please arrive 15-30 minutes early to complete your registration. Payment is required on booking and is non refundable. Online booking for classes is exclusively available to all Gold, Mercury and Copper Alchemy Members only. Drop-Ins, 5, 10 and 20 Alchemy Class Passes, Day Passes and One Month Unlimited can be purchased online but online registration is not available. Clients with these packages are advised to call Alchemy to reserve their place if they wish to book in advance. Please note if you have purchased a class or unlimited pass or a Membership some classes might be excluded from this. LatenessLate arrivals may only be admitted to a class at the Teacher’s discretion. Please note if there is a waiting list for a class and a client does not show up on time, he/she will lose their booking and their place will be given to the first person on the waiting list. This policy applies to all Alchemy clients. Cancellation Policy1. ClassesPlease note full payment for all classes is required on booking and is non refundable and non transferrable. If a client does not show up for his/her class they will forfeit the class. 2. Workshops and EventsPlease note full payment for all workshops and events is required on booking and is not refundable. You may transfer your booking to another eligible person provided that you inform us about the change in writing in advance. Your booking can not be transferred to another workshop or event. 3. CoursesPlease note full payment for all courses is required on booking and is not refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another eligible person, provided that you inform us about the change in writing before your course start date. You will not be able to transfer your booking to another person once the course has begun, nor will you be able to transfer your booking to another course. 4. TreatmentsPlease note that all cancellations require 24 hour notice or full treatment fee is due. When booking for the first time we will require your credit card details to hold the appointment. 5. Private Yoga ClassesPlease note that all cancellations require 24 hour notice or full fee is due. When booking for the first time we will require your credit card details to hold the appointment. 6. Class PassesAll class passes are non-refundable, non extendable and non-transferable. 5 and 10 class passes are valid for 1 month. 20 class pass is valid for 3 months. 7. Unlimited PassesOne month unlimited, day passes and any other unlimited passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extendable. 8. Introductory & Promotional OffersValid for specific time only. Non refundable, non extendable and non-transferable. One offer per client only. The £15 for 7 days Introductory Offer is available only to those living or working in the Greater London area. 9. Alchemy MembershipsMemberships are non refundable and non transferable. Cannot be renewed once they have expired. 11. Alchemy CancellationsShould Alchemy have to cancel classes, workshops, events, courses, treatments, and/or private yoga classes for any reason, a full refund will be offered. Alchemy Members and clients with unlimited passes will not be issued a refund for cancelled classes. 12. Distance Selling RegulationYou acknowledge that the cancellation rights contained in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended) do not apply to the services we offer for sales of workshops, events, courses, class and unlimited passes and gift cards. Changes to Class ScheduleAlchemy reserves the right to change the class schedule or to cancel specific classes on specific days or to remove any class or Teacher from its schedule or to cancel any workshops, events, courses, treatments, and/or private yoga sessions. For up to date schedule please visit www.alchemythecentre.co.uk. DiscountsAlchemy offers 10% discount to Seniors (OAPs), full time students and unemployed, who present a valid proof, on drop in classes, monthly unlimited passes, day passes and selected workshops and events. No discounts on Community Classes, Courses, Memberships, Café or Retail are available. No discounts on ‘No concessions’ workshops, events and classes. These discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and are subject to change at the discretion of Alchemy. Introductory & Promotional OffersEach offer is valid only once per client, and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Alchemy reserves the right to ask for a valid id at any time. The £15 for 7 days Introductory Offer is available only to those living or working in the Greater London area. RetailMerchandise purchased at the Centre returned to us within 7 days of purchase with a receipt will be exchanged for store credit. Please note all products must be returned in their new, unused condition. Books, yoga mats and any opened products/packaging will not be accepted. Clothes must be returned unworn with the tags still on. No returns will be offered on Sale items. Please read our Online Purchase Policy for online orders. Gift CardsAlchemy gift cards may be redeemed in full or in part against goods and services. To be presented at the point of sale at the Centre only and not online. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any other account. Any balance remaining on a gift card will be added as credit to the recipient’s account. Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be replaced if the card is lost, stolen or destroyed. Valid for three months from the date of purchase and cannot be renewed once they have expired. Injury or IllnessIf you are on a 5,10 or 20 class pass, or one month unlimited, in special circumstances Alchemy may offer an extension if you present an official note on letter head from your GP with your illness or injury and length of time that you are unable to do physical activity. This does not apply to drop in classes, workshops and events, courses, treatments nor private yoga sessions. Members please refer to your Membership terms and conditions. Third Party ContractorsOur Teachers are fully qualified and insured but they are not employed by Alchemy. A number of therapists have a private practice at Alchemy.
