It helps you to become more aware of how your thoughts, actions and feelings create your reality and shows you how to redirect them to foster a more positive life experience. It gives you the courage to live your Truth and make conscious choices based on your Highest Self.
Open Meditation
Allow yourself to come and simply "be". Connect to your wisdom and truth in a setting of stillness and inspiration.
Readings from the Masters
Listen to profound wisdom from ancient scriptures to modern philosophies. Engage and share in sacred dialogue with fellow seekers of Truth.
Meditation with Yogi
Meditation is a way to experience a sense of timelessness whilst the body exists in the moment without ageing, remaining stress free, relaxed and renewed each day. Through meditation we begin to heal, and to experience our true nature. This class combines the various techniques of Tantra, Kundalini, Raja, Bhakti, and authentic meditation of the Vedas. This class is practised in 3 phases; sitting, lying and standing. Our meditation includes Pranayama which helps by controlling the breath in order to calm our mind, along with a tantric beej mantra that helps to open our chakras and energy centres of the body. Our mind becomes what we focus on, and we can experience the subtle nature of that thought. For example, if we focus on stillness our mind becomes still which can help someone who suffers from hyperactivity and lack of concentration. Through meditation become what you want to be by gazing and focusing your mind at it. One can manifest joy, love, peace, compassion, forgiveness, satisfaction and wholeness, healing our relationships both with others and with ourselves.
Gong and Meditation
The universe is powered by sound. The gong is the basic creative sound. Out of the gong come all music, all sounds, and all words. The sound of the gong is the nucleus of the World. It allows moving beyond the boundaries of the mind and connects us to the source creating a sense of oneness The sound from the Gong creates deep relaxation, releasing us from our thoughts. The sound vibrates the energy meridians in the body and brings them into balance, reducing tension and releasing blocks. Kundalini energy, which begins at the base of the spine, is released, travelling up the spine through the body to align the Chakras, clean the Aura and release the subconscious mind.
