This course is aimed at those with little or no experience of yoga, and anyone who would like a refresher or has questions on what they have been practising already. The course is taught in four modules, each week focusing on different aspects of asana:
· Week 1: Standing Postures
· Week 2: Forward Bending
· Week 3: Back Bending
· Week 4: Putting it all into practice & overview.
