Creative Hatha Yoga Workshop - with Liz Lark
Liz Lark has been teaching the Ashtanga Vinyasa Method of Hatha Yoga, with particular interest in Creative Sequencing since 1995. Her background in the Arts has influenced her approach, which treats the body in a playful, individual moulding yet provides a challenging deep practice. She draws from the methods of Yoga Nidra, deep relaxation, visualisation as well as bodywork techniques gleaned from Osteopathy and Thai Massage.

Kundalini Yoga & Sacred Sound Workshop concessions with Prabu Nam Kaur & Sat Santokh Singh
Naad Yoga is the practice of cultivating union with the sound current. Through Naad Yoga, a state of ecstasy is experienced, by aligning one’s consciousness with the Infinite. This workshop seeks to assist in developing a daily practice to regularly achieve and maintain such a state of consciousness – that place in which one is complete, where one’s cup is full, where nothing is wanted, nothing is lacking.

This workshop focusses on building prana to charge and clear the aura, and to reprogram auric patterns and codes using sacred geometry and the principles of electromagnetism.

You will have the opportunity to experience a wonderful Gong class with leading Gong teacher Sheila Whittaker.

All day gong workshop with Sheila Whittaker
The workshop will cover a brief history of the Gong and the effect of the Gong on the human body. You will learn how to play the Gong using different techniques, and how to give a Gongbath to individuals & groups. You will also receive two Gong baths during the day.

Shakti Dance, The cosmic dance of creation & dissolution with Avtar Kaur
Through the divine aspects of Kali and Shiva we will explore the creative potential of self in conscious dance. Both Kali and Shiva have the capacity to dance worlds into being and to dissolve worlds as cycles complete. We too have this power to manifest our soul potential through the dance of life and to destroy the ties of our karmas through the tapasya of effort and applied awareness.
