Carolyn is an elevating and charismatic teacher of kundalini yoga, meditation, The Addictive Personality, core abdominal strength, empowerment, mantra and The Mother’s Journey (a pregnancy yoga teacher training).
She lives in London, has two children and has been in recovery from drug and alcohol abuse since 1991.
Her classes are powerful, down to earth, and filled with tools to equip the Modern Yogi’s for their journey through This Mortal Coil.

Jai Kartar was struck that the practise of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation when she began in 2002 how much it brought her closer to the ever present love within herself and all and instantly devoted her life to this. Since that moment, she was inspired to train to teach this inspirational practice and has taught many classes, workshops all over the world. She also trains teachers and in 2012, opens a school of Kundalini in London. With that devotion it has led her to work with people in the healing art of Sat Nam Rasayan (also shared with the world by Yogi Bhajan) and Family Constellations, which she offers at alchemy. This led her to a deep and profound life purpose, which was to share this devotion through singing mantra. In 2011, she released an album on Maya Records called “Golden” a way to the heart, a way to love.

Lisa O’Connell trained as a lawyer and spent over 10 years working in the hustle and bustle of the City of London. Always interested in alternative and complementary therapies, she attended her first Metatronic Healing course in November 2008. She then underwent a radical career change within a matter of just a few weeks, studying with Pippa Merivale, as she fast-tracked her way into work that makes a dramatic and lasting difference in people’s lives.

Nicole Hambro is a founder of Alchemy. She is highly committed to living a spiritual life. Sensing the need to be more proactive in realizing her personal vision towards shifting consciousness she created a “peace” circle in her home in London ten years ago where she leads two groups on a weekly basis in silent meditation, followed by discussions relating to a variety of spiritual topics. Her commitment to her purpose has led to the birth of Alchemy, and now the Circle for Inner Peace classes at the Centre. Her utmost intention is “To be the highest vision of who I am, and in that bring others home to who they are.”

Ranchor Prime trained as an artist and architect before studying yoga in ashrams in England and India. He worked as project leader in India for the Worldwide Fund for Nature, as advisor to the Alliance of Religions and Conservation, and founded the environmental charity Friends of Vrindavan. He is author of a dozen books including Bhagavad Gita: Talks Between the Soul and God. He likes to sing, paint pictures and walk in the countryside.
