As you may know, we are far more extraordinary than an assemblage of flesh and bones. Inside us exists a reality far deeper than our conceptual mind. There is an intelligence much greater, it is only this intelligence which can free us from the illusionary distress we inflict upon ourselves.
The “happiness” that everyone is looking for, in its true aspect, cannot come into our path if not through that central intellect – which is beyond the mind’s cleverness.
I would like to use this space to share something that I’m still learning. The persistent need of our human mind to comprehend and control everything is ultimately impossible to fulfil. If we could only accept this detail, we would be closer to freedom.
In which ever way we interpret the infinite aspects of this incredible journey of Life, it is only an individual perception – just one of the many interchangeable standpoints you may hold. Of course the human mind is an incredible gift, a very practical and potent instrument, yet it is simply a small aspect of the all-encompassing reality that we all are.
We will forever have a force within that we sense with our whole being, not merely with our mind. When we allow each particle to breathe in Its innate power, nothing else is truly required. From that position of conscious expansion, magic happens. If an idea is necessary, it is immediately present and clear, at that instant. When the mind operates from that higher response, accessible at any moment, Life Force Energy expresses itself through you. It is not a ‘doing’ but an allowing. It is becoming a clear channel so the whole can flow all the way through us.
There is an infinite vitality that animates your heart at this moment. Sense it, do it now! Go directly to your heart centre and notice the symphony of movement that resides there. You can place your hands on your chest or close your eyes if it helps. Just by paying attention you can discover Its music. Can you feel that vivacity in you, dancing between every beat? Simply by listening, you are allowing the inner awareness to grow stronger within you. Healing is taking place. Stay with those sensations with attentiveness; keep noticing any delicate feelings arising from within. Take your time, open to this communion, and you will find that your sense of aliveness is boundlessly deepening. It is from this conscious harmonising that Life can truly express itself. Pure inspiration, fresh motivation, the most profound insights – they are all born here. When you openly allow this authentic level of attention into your every day life, you actually generate an indestructible bridge between you and your True Self. You also fortify your energy system and recover the body’s natural ability to restore itself.
This is a new pathway leading us from the confines of compulsive thinking to the companion of true awareness. It is there that we can find again the lost address of True Happiness. If you feel, you can call it Love. The Fragrance of Truth.
