Om Yogathon – 29th October

I am excited about completing the ancient practice of 108 surya namaskar in the Om Yogathon at the London Yoga Show on 29 October.  Yogi Ashokananda will be one of the teachers leading the practice.  I am hoping to find out how many other Alchemy members will be taking part?

The money  I raise will help to build what I know will be a much appreciated school in West Africa. Participants can also choose to raise money to support the good work at the Special Yoga Centre in London.
