Libra Climate – ‘The Autumn Equinox’ with Zoe Hind
By Zoe Hind 21/09/2011
23rd September – 22nd October Sun enters Libra
The Sun passes from the Zodiac sign of Virgo into Libra at the time of the Autumn Equinox. Equinox means equal night and this is the time when day and night are equal in light and dark hours.
The Equinox is celebrated from 21st -24th September and prepared for with inner reflection and recalibration. Our bodies go through certain changes at this time and we can often find ourselves drinking more liquids and detoxing without really thinking about it consciously.
The sign for Libra is one of balance and even resembles the inner ear chamber where the fluids help us to maintain our stability.
This year with Venus in Libra (from 16th Sept) and Mars entering Leo (20th Sept), we are called to reflect upon the harmony between our masculine and feminine energies and equalise our receptive and dynamic attitudes and actions in life.
These forces are the mainstay of the cosmos and are in complete synchronicity from the smallest atoms to the biggest planetary movements, yet as modern humans in the western world, we have all become out of synch living lives where we push forwards in all areas and are rarely able to stop and receive.
Taking time out now, as we enter the dark months of the year, we can look inside and find our own balance to recalibrate our lives and retune ourselves with the universal flow.
Happy Equinox!

Its like you read my mind! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home a little bit, but instead of that, this is great blog. A great read. I will definitely be back.
