Liza believes chanting is one of the most healing practices there is as it helps us raise our vibration within, and all around us. She has studied with internationally renowned kirtan artist Jai Uttal and is currently studying Indian classical music in London, where she lives. She has recently released her debut album “Expansion” which has been received with great enthusiasm by the international kirtan community and you can now also hear her kirtan music at Body in Balance TV!
