[Book Now]Access universal life force energy through the activation of Reiki. The simple process of an “attunement” allows you to tap into and channel healing energy, becoming more aware and open to self-healing, and thus supporting physical, emotional and energetic imbalances.

Amy has been practicing Reiki for over 12 years, she combines her knowledge of the subtle body, Buddhist Meditation and her experiential understanding of energy work to gently guide and assist students through this initiation.

Paolo draws from his Shamanic and Reiki experience and his in-depth and innate exploration of the energetic world, he holds the space during the attunement process to ensure everyone feels safe and supported. Together they offer a unique collaboration and an insightful and enjoyable introduction to Reiki.

The day course will cover:

> History of Reiki
> Understanding healing
> Techniques on how to give Reiki to yourself and others
> Practical exercises (including working in pairs)
> Introduction to meditation
> Attunement to start the flow of Reiki energy
> A professionally recognized certificate, and handouts will be given out on the day. No previous knowledge or training is required to attend the Reiki I Course.
